Our services are designed for high-performance computing environments where precision and low-latency trace analytics are paramount. These terms ensure that our infrastructure remains stable and secure for all participants in the ecosystem.

02. Intellectual Property & Licensing

The proprietary algorithms, visual interfaces, and architecture found within MicroTraceScale remain the exclusive property of MicroTraceScale. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize our software for the purpose of personal or organizational trace analytics profiling and performance scaling.

Restricted Acts

Binary reverse-engineering or decompilation.
High-frequency automated scraping of system metrics.
Sublicensing intellectual property to external third parties.

Permitted Usage

Integration via official APIs.
Internal performance benchmarking.
Scaling strategy documentation within authorized nodes.

03. Operational Integrity

MicroTraceScale provides tools for high-precision scaling. To maintain the veracity of data for all users, you agree not to inject malicious telemetry or intentionally overload the scaling pathways. Failure to comply with these technical boundaries may result in immediate suspension of node access.

We prioritize the stability of trace analytics engines. Any activity that targets the degradation of our software performance for other users is strictly prohibited under our fair-use scaling doctrine.

04. Parameters of Liability

The software and scaling systems provided by MicroTraceScale are offered "as is" and "as available". While we leverage advanced trace analytics to ensure data accuracy, we do not warrant that our systems will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free in all high-load scenarios.

In no event shall MicroTraceScale be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its trace analytics tools, including but not limited to loss of data or profit.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these trace analytics services or scaling protocols shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, KR.
